GHLNZ was born by SME Marketing and Sales, our parent business, who has been using the software for their Agency SMEDiGi since 2021. We have decided to hang up the Agency hat and hand the end users over to you so we can concentrate on helping NZ Agency owners grow their businesses and modify the software for the New Zealand market.

Suzanne has a strong background in sales and marketing and has worked with hundreds of businesses across New Zealand. She has formed strong relationships with her clients and enjoyed watching their businesses grow from strength to strength.
Suzanne has had various roles over the last 30 years, with an extensive marketing, sales, building and construction backgrounds along with owning her own Agency for many years. These roles have gained her a lot of knowledge and skills to help business owners succeed. Her main focus is to ensure businesses have a business plan, goals and a good understanding of their industry and market. Being alongside a business owner to gain them confidence is where Suzanne excels. It's daunting being a superstar in a field that a business owner knows but knowing all about marketing, sales and systems can often be the shortfall and struggle.
Suzanne has enjoyed hanging up the hat of an Agency owner and has spent some time building the HighLevel name in NZ but found there was little support here. By no means is she the HighLevel expert in NZ but she has formed some very strong relationships and wants businesses to learn from her costly mistakes and support them where she can.
We literally fell upon HighLevel while trying to help a client. With our digital background we wanted to combine systems, sales and marketing in an all-in-one tool..... and boy was it a game changer!!
