HighLevel's built in phone system does not sell New Zealand numbers. You can buy American, British, Australian and a handful of other countries' numbers inside it, but not ours. That is not HighLevel being slow to get here. New Zealand mobile networks do not accept the ordinary local numbers and alphanumeric sender names that the rest of the world texts from. Here, business texting runs on short codes, which is a different system altogether, and every overseas platform hits the same wall.

The fix is to change who sends the texts, not to change platforms. What we put New Zealand clients on is Inst8. It connects to HighLevel and sends your texts through an Android phone with an ordinary New Zealand SIM in it, sitting on a shelf in your office. Your texts go out from a real New Zealand mobile number. Replies come back to that number and land in the Conversations tab in HighLevel, where you would expect them.
